HAMMOND, Ind. (AP) — A man was charged with murder Wednesday in the death of a 13-year-old boy who shot and killed a group of trick-or-treaters on Halloween in northwest Indiana.

A gun and ammunition were later found in a storage barrel.
Police said other possible suspects were being investigated.
