On a day when the weather was favorable for cycling, 1,800 people took part in the cycle tour “The Indurain”800 more than last year’s edition.

The first to reach the finish line were on a 60 kilometer route with 180 runners. It was the easiest, it is the route that Miguel Indurain used to prepare his exhibitions against the clock, as it has everything: flat, false flat, an accessible port and a smooth but vertical final part.
Before all of the first routes were finished, a distance of 100 kilometers began to arrive, certainly the cheapest of the three, making it a point to roll through one of the most forested areas in Navarra and enjoy the landscape offered by the towns. works to take. Indurain calmly took the route to enjoy and it took about six and a half hours, as he made a few stops to recharge his batteries. Upon his arrival, hundreds of cyclists who took part in the test were waiting for him to take pictures with him.
At the end of the trial, the runners had shower areas available and a free meal awaited them, in which attendees could watch the trial phase during the tour while eating.
