Condoling the death of Indian woman Saumya Santosh living in Israel in the rocket attack of the Palestinian Islamic terrorist organization Hamas, Israeli Ambassador Ron Malk recalled the Israeli child Moshe, who had lost her parents in the 2008 Mumbai terror attack.
