through the book of Tech Noir: The Art of James Cameron, we’ve been able to discover the early sketch that the American director had to bring Peter Parker to the big screen. For those who don’t know, it was rumored that this film is going to star Leonardo Dicaprio and would include villains that were introduced later in the films, such as Sandman or Electro.
And though it sounds like something we’d like to see, James Cameron had plans first. get away from the entire comic book universe, a much more adult Peter Parker and making a film where sex scenes were prevalent on several occasions. Such was the craziness that Cameron wanted to do that that he even created a scene in which Parker tries to woo Mary Jane with dancing spiders.
