Jeff Bezos is being cheeky about his gym routine.
The billionaire founder of Amazon joked that he’s “getting hard on my ass” on Wednesday in response to a crude tweet from a user who invited him to hang out with him and his girlfriend, Lauren Sanchez, on his Super Yacht.
The racy quip, from iron-pumping tech tycoon, appears to be part of Bezos’ attempt to imitate Elon Musk’s fangs and rapidly growing use of the social network. Bezos has used the site more frequently in recent weeks, feuding with the Biden administration over corporate taxes and questioning Elon Musk’s ties with China.
Bezos’s series of awkward posts began Wednesday afternoon when a creator of the cryptocurrency Dogecoin posted on Twitter how Democrats and Republicans “shouldn’t act like a hole for the moderates.”
Bezos reacted: “Saw you refer to yourself as a sh*tposter, but maybe you’re mostly just a wise poster.”
Then, a Twitter account named @dao2wei responded to Jack and the bald Amazon founder with a rude reference to Bezos’ girlfriend.
“Can you invite Billy and me on your yacht with Lauren,” wrote @dao2wei, who has just 21 followers. “I’m personally trying to look like that good piece of ass.”
“Thank you. I’m working hard on my ass,” replied Bezos, who is estimated to be worth $130 billion and owns the Washington Post.
Amazon’s public relations team personally manages Bezos’ Twitter and Instagram accounts, the information was reported last year, though it’s unclear whether the Amazon flak recommended Bezos posting about his buttocks. .
Amazon did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
Last year, Bezos raised eyebrows when he teased actor Leonardo DiCaprio after video surfaced of Sanchez sporting the “Titanic” actor in a star-hit look at a gala.
“Leo, come here, I want to show you something…,” Bezos wrote , with an image of himself leaning on a sign that reads, “Danger! Steep cliff fatal drop.”
