Jennifer Lopez is known as Jenny from the Block and now it would appear that her daughter Emme might be called Chip from the old Block.
The mother-daughter duo took to the stage together to perform a medley of songs at the Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation’s Blue Diamond Gala held at Dodger Stadium on June 16.
Emme Maribel Muniz — who Jlo shares with ex Marc Anthony — was joined by her superstar mom for a passionate duet from A Thousand Years by Christina Perri.

This wasn’t the first time Emme has joined mom on stage, joining Jlo for the Super Bowl in 2020.
Back in February 2020, Jennifer talked about Emme’s “performance gene” when the 11-year-old joined her mom to perform at the Super Bowl LIV halftime show.
“She doesn’t let her mind know how big that is” [the performance] or how it scares you,” Jennifer explained during an interview on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. [have] control. He has that gene, that gene for ‘I’m comfortable here…’ I wish I felt like him.”
Jennifer said, “He has a good time with it and I would never ask him to do it if it ever made him uncomfortable in any way.”

Emme, joining her mom on stage, stars in Jennifer Lopez’s new documentary, Halftime, now streaming on Netflix.
The documentary shows Jennifer worked hard on the show, and how important it was to her to show her daughter singing a message of love and acceptance during Donald Trump’s presidency, which saw Mexican immigrants imprisoned in cages.
Wearing an American flag coat that was reversed into a Puerto Rican flag, Jloe brought Emme outside to sing a poem from Bruce Springsteen’s Born in USA at the Super Bowl.
