Reporting to the IATA Director of Consulting and Certification, he will be responsible for providing IATA consulting services in areas related to traffic forecasting and market research. You will work with a fantastic team of highly talented advisors and subject matter experts from diverse cultures, backgrounds and nationalities. The position will be based in Montreal, Canada. His role will be global.

How will be your day:

You will be responsible for achieving revenue and surplus targets for the affiliated Profit Centers or Sub-Profit Centers with the IATA Consulting teams in the regions. Responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee business development initiatives in the area of ​​traffic forecasting and market research in conjunction with appropriate senior managers
  • foster relationships with key customers
  • Identify and qualify business leads (competitive and single source opportunities)
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals and support the sectors in these tasks
  • attend business meetings
  • Liaise with IATA central, regional and local teams
  • Oversee staffing, business development initiatives and professional development of employees associated with MER Consulting in regions with heads of respective poles (regions) as part of the dotted line.
  • Manage the execution and/or delivery of consultancy projects in coordination with consultancy delivery teams in the regions
  • Prepare and meet budgets and schedules as required
  • Internal and external key consultants and subject matter experts assigned to the project as required
  • Provide quality assurance on delivery and quality control on delivery
  • Manage customer relationships and satisfaction in the context of a project, including collecting post-project feedback.
  • Contribute to project activities and deliverables as a subject matter expert
  • Attend client meetings and present deliverables as required.
  • Notify IATA Central, Regional and Local teams about project progress.
  • Formulate and implement training plans for relevant field resources
  • Oversee the career development of traffic forecasting and market research staff in the regions in conjunction with relevant senior directors
  • Develop a cluster of external SMEs
  • Contribute to new product development initiatives
  • Design new consulting solutions
  • lead pilot project
  • Define marketing plans together with the marketing team
  • Monitor budgets and send financial forecasts
  • Participate in promoting consultancy activities at various events, conferences and forums to increase awareness and speed up consultancy services.

Reporting to the Human Resources Canada management team, the Human Resources Technician provides technical support to Human Resource Management partners on group insurance matters, administrative paperwork and file tracking. Specifically, the person assists with tasks related to writing letters to the vice president, recruiting contracts, demonstrations, disciplinary letters, etc. Below is a summary of the responsibilities that the individual must fulfill:


  • Provide administrative support in HR related to hiring (CHIP activation and preparation of new employee packages, integration plans, etc.).
  • Ensures the process of onboarding, integration and training of new employees.
  • Create and update employee files in various computer systems involved in payroll and/or group insurance.
  • Hiring and firing procedures as per established policies.
  • Complete, verify and process group insurance forms.
  • Creates and maintains various reports required by the Human Resources and Finance departments.
  • Various communication formats to the department (contract, confirmation of employment, discipline, etc.).
  • Complete the transfer of information and monitoring of SST and disability records.

Sales Representative

The Sales Representative position will be required to work as part of a sales team to develop new and existing business relationships. Integrity, vision, professionalism and passion are key components of this position.


  • Work as part of a sales team to assist Regional Sales Managers and Internal Sales Representatives with daily order processing and quotations
  • Daily communication with customers in all countries within the Asia Pacific region and the West Coast of the United States
  • Become an ecommerce sales subject matter expert and support your customer base with online activities
  • Coordinate and redirect technical questions or clarifications to the appropriate product strategy and sales teams.
  • Ensure data integrity at all times when entering or adjusting data points for orders and accounts
