Kangana-Hrithik email dispute: summons issued to Hrithik Roshan, will file statement on this date

Mumbai. The investigation into the email dispute between Hrithik Roshan and Kangana Ranaut has intensified. Recently, Hrithik Roshan’s lawyer Mahesh Jethmalani wrote a letter to Mumbai Police Commissioner Parambir Singh, requesting him to expedite the investigation in the case. In view of this, the Crime Intelligence Unit (CIU) of Mumbai Crime Branch has extended the scope of investigation of the case. Also, the Mumbai Crime Intelligence Unit has also sent a notice to actor Hrithik Roshan for questioning.

While issuing summons to Hrithik, Mumbai Crime Intelligence Unit has asked him to appear on 27th to record the statement. Hrithik had filed a case in 2016 after receiving more than 100 emails from the account of actress Kangana Ranaut. . In the same case, Hrithik’s statement will be recorded.

In fact, in 2016, Hrithik Roshan had accused Kangana Ranaut that he had received more than 100 mails from the email id of the actress. Actor Hrithik Roshan filed a complaint in which it was also said that a person was emailing actress Kangana Ranaut by creating his fake email id. However, Kangana retorted that Hrithik had given this ID to him and till 2014, the actor used to use the same mail ID to share the contact with Kangana.

Let me tell you, earlier the case was being investigated by cyber police. Which has recently been shifted from cyber cell to CIU (Crime Intelligence Unit). In 2016, Hrithik filed an FIR against unknown people under Section 419 of the IPC and Section 66 (c) and 66 (d) of the IT Actor at the Cybercrime Police Station.
