Under Secretary for Prevention and Health Promotion, Hugo López-Gatell informed that immunization against COVID-19 for children aged five to 11 years will start from June 27 this year.
Through his social network, the official informed that this phase of the National Immunization Strategy will last for about three months. For this reason, he called on people who have been infected with the virus to wait 15 days before getting organic.
“From Monday, June 27, we will start vaccination against COVID-19 for girls and boys between the ages of five and 11. This phase will last for about three months. We advise those who have to wait for 15 days before getting the vaccine,” he wrote.
