Kristen Stewart talks about the “creepy” scene she filmed in “Spencer”

Kristen Stewart spoke about her “eerie” filming experience while making the new Princess Diana film “Spencer”.

The actor, who portrays the late Princess of Wales in the Pablo Larraine film, told ET’s Lauren Zimet this week that the macabre moment was associated with Diana’s iconic wedding dress.

“When we put on this dress, it integrates into the editing that has lit her life in front of you,” said Stuart ET, explaining the role of the editing in the film, which lasts only three days. “The wedding dress is built into this montage and putting it on was a creepy day.”

Stewart has previously talked about her feelings of connection with Diana, who died in 1997 while filming, and the “eerie spiritual feelings” she experienced on set.

“She seemed so alive to me when I was shooting this film, even if it was all between my ears, and it was just my fantasy,” added the actor.

“But there were times when my body and mind forgot that she was dead,” Stewart said. “Maybe two or three times a week I was totally upset that she was dead. I just couldn’t come to terms with it, because I fought to keep her alive every single day. ”
