Chihuahua.- During the hearing to formulate the charges against the lawyer Javier Arturo RB, the State Ministry accused him of torturing his romantic partner for seven days, sexually abusing him and causing fractures in his little finger and hand with tweezers. It also caused injuries to erogenous zones.
According to the information from the above hearing, the alleged suspect used a cutter all over her body, from head to toe, and burned her with hot water, preventing her from eating, drinking water and even going to the toilet.
At that hearing, it emerged that in order to prevent others from noticing, the alleged perpetrator played music at high volume so that neighbors would not notice the crime.
The victim stated that Javier told her when it was time to go to the Oxxo, took her cell phone and installed apps on her to find out where she was.
The alleged perpetrator was arrested in the municipality of Jiménez, where he was arrested by elements of the State Investigation Agency (AEI), wanted for attacks on the victim in the city of Chihuahua. He was then brought before a judge, where a State Department official informed him of the crimes he was accused of.
In accordance with the investigation by the Family Violence and Crimes Against the Family Unit, he committed family violence against his romantic partner in February this year.
He then held the victim captive in a house in the Cordilleras district of the city of Chihuahua during events between September 1 and 8, where he physically, psychologically, financially and sexually abused her.
The criminal judge will clarify the defendant’s legal situation next Tuesday, September 19th at 12 p.m., but has now ordered the precautionary measure of preventive detention for the duration of the proceedings.
