A new custom map, inspired by the Odyssey line of monitors, debuts this March 23rd, along with a live river stream and scavenger hunt for prizes.
Samsung Electronics has announced the launch of Odyssey Universe, a new custom map for players to experience in Fortnite.[1]based on Samsung’s Odyssey premium monitor series.
Odyssey Universe is a new in-game experience that demonstrates how the industry-leading Samsung Odyssey line of monitors helps gamers deliver on the promise of next-generation gaming.
“We are pleased to offer Odyssey a personalized gaming experience, combined with fun in the world’s most popular games.” We will launch the Odyssey line and expand the awareness of our gaming monitors by bringing new and exciting experiences and events,” said Hoon Chung, Executive Vice President of Visual Display Business at Samsung Electronics.
Homer Universe presents each space inspired by the name of the main product line Odyssey. The new permanent map is divided into 5 spaces, each representing an inspired and monitored entry into the Odyssey. It ranges from the Ark Level – which is derived from the “Odyssey Ark” that offers a new immersion with a 55″ wide screen – to the Level G9∙G8∙G7∙G6 in line with products such as the Odyssey Neo G9 and G8. Each space will have its own mission for players to complete , with various objectives and prizes throughout the game.

Join the Odyssey Universe Scavenger Hunt
The fun doesn’t end even after the cast ends. Through March 29, players have an additional reason to jump into the Odyssey Universe beyond the exciting gameplay. They can participate in the ‘Scavenger Hunt’ event and explore the Universe Odyssey map to find the answers hidden in each space. When players discover the answers, they can enter them into a raffle on the Odyssey Universe website. Winners of the Odyssey sweepstakes will receive monitors and will be announced on the Samsung Odyssey channel on March 30 at 6:00 am
