Live Blog: 2022 Houston Rockets Exit Updates Interview

HOUSTON – General Manager Raphael Stone, head coach Stephen Silas and select players for the 2021-22 Rockets are meeting with the media on Monday at the Toyota Center to finish the recently completed season.

The rebuilt Rockets are one of the youngest teams in the NBA, and they finished with the league’s worst record (20–62). Still, there were clear signs of growth from prospects like rookie Jalen Green and third-year guard Kevin Porter Jr., and Houston is also guaranteed a top-five draft pick for 2022 to add to its collection of young talent.

However, there are also valid questions going into the 2022 off-season. If those players are not seen as a long-term fit, then the pursuit of a trade (or a potential buy in Wall’s case) could be part of the 2022 off-season agenda.
