Lockdown in all urban areas of Madhya Pradesh

Bhopal: After a record number of corona virus cases Government of Madhya Pradesh Has been forced to take drastic measures to reduce its spread in the state. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan on Thursday announced the lockdown for the weekend without a specific timeline.

He said, “There will be a lockdown in all the urban areas of Madhya Pradesh from 6 pm on Friday to 6 am on Monday.” We are also setting up a Contribution Zone in big cities. ”The Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh announced on Thursday, I never intended for a complete lockdown.

Madhya Pradesh reported 4,043 new corona virus cases yesterday, bringing the number of infections to 3,18,014 in the state. The state health department said that the number of people who died with 13 more fatal diseases has risen to 4,086. In Madhya Pradesh, 2,87,869 people have recovered from this epidemic, out of which a total of 2,126 patients were discharged in the state in the last 24 hours.

Indore’s caseload increased to 74,895 with 866 new cases, while Bhopal’s 618 increased to 55,255 with infections. Four more deaths were reported in Indore, with the death toll in the district being 981 and another death at 641 in Bhopal.

Currently there are 6,281 active cases in Indore, while there are 4,681 in Bhopal. On March 31, 22,503 fresh Kovid-19 cases were registered in Madhya Pradesh, including 100 deaths.

With 33,419 new tests, the total number of samples tested for corona virus in the state has so far crossed 65.95 lakhs.
