A complaint against the producer Luis de Llano Stevens and Gisell Marín, for their alleged involvement in the crime of fraud, was filed this Tuesday by the Office of the Attorney General of Mexico City.
The lawyer Sergio Arturo Ramírez reported that the complaint stems from the fraud that his client, the businessman Hafil Alonso, was subjected to, who gave them 11 million pesos, to produce the singer Ricky Martín.
The tickets for those two dates allocated for Oaxaca and Querétaro were even sold with the permission of Mrs. Gisell Marín, when the Puerto Rican singer did not sign any contract, he explained.
Together with the businessman, he explained that the two people tried to avoid their responsibility by pointing out that they did not sign any document, when “we have a contract signed by them and more than 30 transfers made to cover the requested amount.”
The first one made for 500 thousand pesos is the account of Mr. Luis de Llano Stevens, who mentions that “it only serves as a link for this contractual relationship and where we now know two other businessmen, with whom we have. communication, affected.”
The crime they are accused of, he specified, does not provide for informal detention, although a judge can impose it by linking them to the proceedings and considering that they can avoid the action of justice.
He mentioned that they are willing to do comprehensive damage repair, which means not only the economic damage of 11 million pesos given by these people; but the payment of the tickets sold, most of which the holders demand that the singer show the moral damage of the businessman.
However, if this situation does not arise, we will proceed with the legal path and if necessary, the representative of the singer should appear as witnesses in the investigation file that has been initiated, he said.
