Nicolás Maduro, the President of the Republic, ordered this Monday during his program “Con Maduro +” that the focus of the 1×10 report should be with speed and quality.
“I believe in 1×10 of good government with a firm belief that communities make their own proposals directly,” he explained.
In this sense, Maduro pointed out that in recent days 878,018 cases have been attended through the 1X10 system of good government.
“We are doing more and more on time service with 1×10, it should be the quality and speed of service. I strongly believe that communities report their problems. A system that we have been perfecting and which is now unbeatable”, he expressed.
1,745,009 cases have been reported through VenApp.
On the other hand, 1,336,637 cases are transferred to the 1X10 system among them:
- 1,264,931 cases were assigned to ministries.
- 63,368 cases were assigned to governors.
Maduro stressed that after a year of building the 1X10 system of good government, the system has outlived its usefulness and needs to be restarted. “I think this year has been great.”
During the broadcast of program number four of “Con Maduro +” the national government rehabilitated CDI “Dr. Carmelo Regardiz”, in Maturín, Monagas state, a case that was reported on 24 April.

Lakawa highlighted that the governor’s office collaborated with Hydrocentro to install 5,400 meters of pipe in the community.
The installation of this pipeline will benefit more than 1,500 residents and 496 houses in the area.
Gas for communities
