Margot breaks the tie and the Rays beat the Blue Jays 5-2

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. ( Associated Press) — Brandon Lowe hit a pair of 3-pointers and Manuel Margot hit a tiebreaking single, both in the eighth inning, as the Tampa Bay Rays won 5-2 on Friday night. Toronto Blue Jays.

Gausman’s throwing error cost three bases and prompted another Rays run in the fifth, in which Mike Zunino made it 2-0 with an RBI single.
