Marjorie Taylor Green Verifies Reality: Utilities Invest in Highway Construction

Rep. Adam Kinzinger, RI, slapped fellow MP Marjorie Taylor Green, Georgia, on Saturday, reminding her that federal infrastructure funds, which she called “communist,” had built the national highway system.

Green criticized 13 House Republicans (including Kinzinger) who voted to pass the Biden administration’s $ 1.2 trillion infrastructure and jobs bill Friday.

Late Friday night after the vote, she tweeted that they “handed over their ballots … to deliver a letter to Joe Biden. Communist takeover of America through infrastructure. “

She named all 13 Republicans – with their phone numbers in a separate tweet – in a bipartisan effort. (Some on Twitter said they were grateful for the list, so they could express my gratitude.)

Greene’s later tweet described infrastructure package as “socialist”, not a communist.

Kinzinger taught Green “communism” and the role of the American government in nation-building.

“Infrastructure = communism is a new phenomenon,” mocked Kinzinger. Republican President Dwight D. “The Eisenhower Interstate System must be severed or the commies can drive comfortably! “Red Dawn” in real life, “he joked.

He also ridiculed Green for enclosing the word “Republicans” in quotation marks. Apparently, he noted in the next tweet, only those who believe in the “Jewish space lasers” that sparked the California fires (Green’s pet conspiracy theory) – and the roads – can be “real” Republicans.

Others joined the competition – and thanked Kinzinger for his vote.
