For his part, Benjamin Galdames is a Mexican midfielder who also has Chilean nationality, and is the son of Pablo Galdames, a former Cruz Azul player. His name has been considered for the competition and a response from his club is awaited.
Galdames is 22 years old and one of the most regulars in Chile’s Spanish association, for a long time he made public his intention to play for Mexico instead of the Chilean team, which has also shown interest in him.
