For his part, Benjamin Galdames is a Mexican midfielder who also has Chilean nationality, and is the son of Pablo Galdames, a former Cruz Azul player. His name has been considered for the competition and a response from his club is awaited.
Galdames is 22 years old and one of the most regulars in Chile’s Spanish association, for a long time he made public his intention to play for Mexico instead of the Chilean team, which has also shown interest in him.
In the Maurice Ravello tournament, Mexico will play in the group stage with Togo, Qatar and Australia, seeking to defend third place in the tournament and the past, in addition to fighting to win the championship.
