Mauricio Pochettino is inching closer to his officialisation at Chelsea and has already hinted at reinforcements for the Argentine

Chelsea have made up their mind and Mauricio Pochettino will be their next coach. The leadership determined that it was the Argentine who replaced Graham Potter and now interim Frank Lampard, starting from the 2023–24 season, with only his signature remaining.

In the absence of formality, the former Tottenham Hotspur coach is already very committed to this new challenge in his career. It is that he not only intends to agree on his link as soon as possible, but is already drawing possible movements in the market for the coming pass.

As reported by The Times, the 51-year-old tactician will start his trip to London these days to finalize the details in talks so that, eventually, he can arrange his three-season contract with the Blues. ,

The view of Santa Fesino and the instruction is that it sees the last parties of the London group in the current campaign. These would be three duels: against Manchester City, United and Newcastle, all for the Premier League, with the teams having run out of chances to qualify for the Continental Cup.

The plan would allow Pochettino to draw up the upcoming season, in addition to appearing in the final stretch of the current season. As such, he is eyeing a Chelsea deal and has three recent world champions to his credit with Argentina.

With the exception of defence, Paris Saint-Germain’s technical past aims to reinforce the rest of the lines with at least one footballer from the prestigious Albiseleste team in Qatar, according to the above media. Well, the first to emerge is goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez, who currently ends up in the cup position chasing the goal with Aston Villa.

In midfield, the figure emerging as a possible inclusion is Alexis McAllister. The midfielder showed excellent form at Brighton and his departure in the transfer window is inevitable. Despite Poche’s interest, Liverpool also have their eye on the former Argentine and Boca Juniors.

Finally, and outside the Premier League, Lautaro Martinez will be the striker desired by the incoming new Chelsea manager for next season, and with whom, in turn, he will eliminate Enzo Fernandez. The striker is in a UEFA Champions League battle with Inter Milan, of whom he is captain, so signing him will not be easy.
