Entrepreneurship is made of passion, work and decision. But, to successfully stand out, three main factors are needed: training, funding, and networking. This has been made known by Roberto Peñacastro, CEO of Leadsales, WhatsApp’s first CRM in Mexico, which was accepted to participate in the ninth generation of the Latitude Explore fellowship program.
“For us, being part of this program means entering the best community of entrepreneurs in Latin America. It will allow us to build alliances, learn with the best”, says Peñacastro.
“We want to be the operating system of choice for small and medium-sized businesses. Above all, raise our next round of capital in Q2 2023”, he added.
According to Larissa Mansour, Head of Programs at Latitude, the Leedsless team has shown a passion for solving an important challenge, creating a positive impact in Latin America.
“Roberto Peñacastro has an entrepreneurial mindset. Find solutions, have tenacity, contributes and contributes to others. This is the secret formula that we see in the Founders”, points to the instruction.
Community of world class business leaders

Thus, at the end of the mentoring period, LeadSales will be part of a community made up of founders and investors focused on building the next generation of world-class technology firms in the region.
This program is the first community where entrepreneurs support each other. Their approach incorporates validation of the idea and product-market fit (successful definition of target audience).
Similarly, the Latitude Explore Fellowship includes advice on raising capital and the opportunity to apply for a pre-seed check. All this through a standardized process, and the selected people are supported to access capital.
“This process is important for Leadslees. Being part of the Berkeley Skydeck accelerator, we gained experience from the US market. But this program will undoubtedly give us more tools to make an effective pitch with investors on the potential of the Spanish-speaking market. Will provide”, commented Roberto Peñacastro.
