Mexicans must overcome fear and intimidation, strengthen their self-esteem and regain their confidence and security!

We Mexicans must rediscover ourselves, convince ourselves of our strength and regain our self-confidence. Let us walk through life with straight and firm steps, with determination and certainty. We are not a people predestined for death, it is unfair to constantly blame our origin and past. We must not take refuge in the gloom and prostration that comes with considering ourselves victims of a disastrous fate.

Our origins, light and shadow, are like most births and sunsets of all people. Sunny and windy days, dark and stormy nights. The world is a scene of hells and lost paradises, conquests, massacres, wars, invasions, abuses and inhuman slavery. This is the baking oven of all nations. No one has been safe from the infamy and fall of man. In this context, it is important to locate ourselves in this universal reality. We are not the only products of sacrifice and not the only poor inheritors of the barbarism of conquest and colonization; Nor was the ship wrecked by the storms of liberty, reform, porfirito and revolution.

It is true that the arrival of Quetzalcoatl and the bearded men from abroad, the brutal struggle of conquest, the violent clash of two cultures and the loss of half of our territory mark the soul of Mexicans. The collective subconscious carries the scars of these traumatic and traumatic events that limit security and success. Many remain tied to nostalgia and a sense of defeat, without valuing our culture in the past, the power of mistaken identity, the restoration of the republic, and the building of an independent and sovereign country.

We are the product of history. We must have our identity and our national pride, mixed with the virtues and vices of the indigenous and the Spanish. The lack of definition and the lack of affection and root make us victims of our own contradictions. in sight of the defeatedby Miguel Leon Portilla, in labyrinth of solitudeby Octavio Paz, and in cage of sadness, by Roger Bartra, addresses this collective mental syndrome that explains, in significant part, the way Mexicans have complex and contradictory personalities. Most Mexicans don’t take life too seriously. He is a player of circumstances, he likes to perform tricks and show one face with many masks.

We Mexicans must reconstruct our past, extract its successful juices and give it value and a heroic spirit. It is an essential need to secure the future, strengthen self-esteem and drive away the specter of sinful humility. The great work of the future is to create the new man. Let us raise our false identity, it is our strength and reason for being. Let us educate our children with this firm belief and soon a new and empowered individual will emerge with greater qualities of security and self-respect. Another Mexico.
