Mexico to review request for “El Chapo” return

MEXICO CITY ( Associated Press) — President Andrés Manuel López Obrador said Wednesday that the government will analyze a request by Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzmán to return to Mexico because of the alleged inhumane conditions in which he will find himself in a US prison where he faces life imprisonment.
