Copilot in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Viva Sales helps salespeople significantly reduce the time they spend on administrative tasks. AI help helps in writing email responses to clients and can even create an email summary from a Teams meeting in Outlook. The meeting summary pulls details from the vendor’s CRM, such as product and price information, as well as email information for Teams calls. Since sales people spend up to 66% of their day checking and responding to emails, this provides a significant business advantage to spend more time with their sales customers.
Copilot in Dynamics 365 Customer Service enables agents to deliver exceptional customer service. Dynamics Copilot 365 combines contextual responses with questions and emails, and like an interactive chat experience based on knowledge bases and case history, this AI-powered experience is always available to answer questions. It’s also easy for us to create customer service virtual agents in minutes with enhanced conversations in Power Virtual Agent, which combines the power of Azure OpenAI Service and Bing to deliver answers from companies’ websites and knowledge bases. the interiors you choose.
Copilot in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and Dynamics 365 Marketing allows marketers to streamline their data exploration, audience segmentation and content creation activities.
With Copilot in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, marketers can target specific, highly personalized customer segments by having a conversation with their platform through natural language data. Marketers can receive suggestions for additional segments not previously considered. This new facility can handle complex calculations and matches customers who fit the selected profile.
With Copilot in Dynamics 365 Marketing, marketers can describe a customer segment in their own words to create a target segment with the query support feature. Marketers can also use 365 Copilot Dynamics to effortlessly get inspiration for new email campaign content based on a simple request. Copilot makes suggestions based on key themes entered by the salesperson, which are the organization’s existing marketing emails, as well as various Internet sources to increase the relevance of the ideas generated.
Copilot in Dynamics 365 Business Central streamlines product listing creation for online businesses. Product attributes such as color, material and size can be used to create the necessary product descriptions for online stores in seconds. Descriptions can be further customized by choosing the tone of voice, format, and duration. Business Central customers using Shopify can seamlessly edit publishers with descriptions to their Shopify store with a few clicks.
Finally, Copilot in the Microsoft Supply Chain Center, accessible to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management customers, will proactively identify external issues such as weather, economics, and geography that can impact key supply chain processes. Then reveal predictive insights across materials, inventory, shipping, distribution network, impact orders, and more. Supply chain organizations can then automatically coordinate the email generated by Dynamics Copilot 365 to alert affected partners and mitigate potential disruptions before they happen.
