Milei attacks Pope Francis again; reiterates that the Pope “defends” communist dictatorships

Milei was interviewed by ultra-conservative journalist Tucker Carlson. The presenter, who has defended various conspiracy theories and supported former US President Donald Trump, traveled to Buenos Aires to speak with Milei, whom he described as “the most famous person” in Argentina.

Milei has long made it clear that he disagrees with Pope Francis and his view of the fight against socialism. He asserted that the Pope is “playing politics” and emphasized the Pope’s alleged affinity for the communist dictatorships of Cuba and Venezuela. Milei responded in the affirmative, claiming that the Pope had an affinity for murderous communists.
