Miley Cyrus has come out to defend herself from the criticism she received for her decision to no longer perform.
The nobleman had to “declare” on the social networks, which he offered statements a week ago about his decision not to embark on extensive and large tours, in the style of those stars of the stars these days, such as Taylor Swift and Beyoncé.
The American artist has since been accused of not taking his work seriously and even despising his most faithful skills.
In an interview with the British edition of Vogue, the “Flowers” singer revealed his aversion to this type of musical journey, which consumes him day by day and requires full dedication.
“After the last tour, I started thinking about it. And I decided that I could not. Not only is it not possible, but I don’t want to. Do you want to dedicate my life to the pleasure or fulfillment of others or my own?”, he wondered.
Some sectors of public opinion interpreted those words as a lack of interest in their students and their musical career, which did not at all approve of the child star theory.
On her Instagram account, Miley defended herself against criticism and wanted to show that she can cultivate a close bond with her in many different ways.
“By writing properly, I feel more connected to my fans than ever before. When we win, we all win. Even though we don’t get to see each other face to face during concerts, the fans have a very special place in my heart. I’m constantly creating and innovating to find new ways to connect with my audience that doesn’t involve sacrificing what I need.”
Don’t change anything with the fans
Miley promised her fans that their relationship will not change and will continue for “the last 20 years”.
“You guys have given me some of the best moments of my life, and we will continue on this path together,” he said.
“This has nothing to do with a lack of appreciation. I just don’t want to restrict myself in a cell. This is the reality of life on the road,” said the “Wrecking Ball” interpreter.

Cyrus previously explained in an interview with British Vogue that she doesn’t care about doing tricks because “there’s no connection, there’s no security” and “it’s not natural.”
“Hundreds of thousands of people don’t like to sing. Loneliness is because if you are in front of a hundred thousand people, then you are alone.”
Cyrus prefers to perform on a smaller, more intimate stage in the future.
