Paul location, an undercover agent posted a profile on the “Plenty of Fish” website using a picture of a young girl. The agent did not initiate contact but waited to see who would contact him.
One person, later identified as Gutierrez, arrived with the username “fluffylion79”. The agent identified herself as a 14-year-old girl.
Gutierrez, who tried to hide his phone number via an internet program, candidly talked about how he wanted to have sex with the girl and sent her a picture of himself.
The agent offered to meet her at a fast food restaurant in Little Canada. Gutierrez confessed, showed up and was arrested.
As of Monday evening, Gutierrez was in custody at the Ramsey County Adult Detention Center. His next court appearance is October 20.
