Mobile phone tariff for 1.99 euros: what good is this deal?

Not everyone needs a lavishly equipped tariff for their smartphone. If you mainly want to be accessible and use the Internet only sporadically, you can get by with the provider Crash for 1.99 euros per month. Does it even mean anything?

Cellular providers these days are overtaking each other with strong tariff options. Allnet flat rates are often cheaper, including 40 to 50 gigabytes or even unlimited data volume. However, those who are not at all interested in being permanently connected to the Internet and mainly carry their smartphones with them so that their fellow humans remain accessible, they are actually paying more than what most tariff offers. We do.

Crash Tariff: 2 gigabytes of data volume for 1.99 euros per month

As part of an ongoing campaign, provider Crash is targeting this target group and is offering a tariff for 1.99 euros per month. But the LTE network has at least 2 gigabytes of data volume from Vodafone and there are 100 minutes of free calls to all networks as well as 100 free SMS. Everything more than enough for occasional users.

  • 2 Gigabyte data volume (21.6 Mbit/s) in Vodafone LTE network
  • 100 free minutes and 100 free SMS
  • EU-Roaming Inclusive
  • Monthly basic fee: 1.99 Euro
  • Connection price: 9.99 euros
  • Minimum contract period: 24 months

The surfing speed in this tariff is limited to 21.6 megabits per second. But it is fast enough for practically everyday use. Anyone who primarily composes WhatsApp messages and e-mails or surfs the web occasionally will not see any restrictions here.

The commencement of the contract can be flexibly scheduled up to September 30, 2022. The tariff is optionally also available through eSIM. It should be noted that there is a minimum contract period of 24 months and a one-time connection price of 9.99 Euros. For the first two years, the cost is a manageable 57.75 euros. If you don’t need much, you’ll find the real deal here.

Optional with more data volume: Tariff on media market

If you rarely use your smartphone, but then use it properly, you will quickly reach your limit with Crash Deals. If, for example, Netflix series or YouTube videos sometimes flicker on the screen, or if phone calls sometimes last a few hours, it’s worth digging a little deeper in your pocket. MediaMarket offers a whole-network flat rate for up to 9.99 euros with data volumes of 15 gigabytes from Freenet in the Vodafone network.

  • Telephone and SMS flat rate
  • 15 Gigabyte data volume (50 Mbit/s) in Vodafone LTE network
  • Monthly basic fee: 9.99 euros
  • Connection price: 39.99 euros
  • Minimum contract period: 24 months
  • 22234. 50 Euro exchange bonus for SMS with “bonus” on

The basic and connection charges here are quite high, but the performance offered is huge too. With this tariff, even aspiring web surfers can get there at no cost. The total cost for the first two years is 279.75 euros. If you send an SMS with the “Bonus” content to 22234 via the new SIM card, the amount for the 50 EUR change bonus will be reduced to 229.75 EUR. After two years, however, an expiration is recommended, then the basic fee rises to the regular 31.99 Euro per month.
