PM Shram Yogi Mandhan Yojana: Once again, keeping in mind the poor and elderly people, the Modi government has made a big announcement. The Modi government has announced to give Rs 3000 per month for such people, for which about 45 lakh people have also been registered so far.
The Central Government has launched the Pradhan Mantri Shram Yogi Man-Dhan Yojana for such people, in which the workers working in the unorganized sector will be provided a minimum pension of Rs 3000 a month after completing 60 years of age. The government launched the Pradhan Mantri Shram Yogi Man-Dhan Yojana (PM-SYM) in 2019.
Under this scheme, by March 4, 2021, about 44.90 lakh workers have registered themselves. This scheme can include workers of 18-40 years group whose monthly income is less than Rs 15,000.
How much pension will you get?
An investment of Rs 55 to 200 rupees a month can be done under PM-SYM scheme. In this, people aged 18 years will have to pay Rs 55 per month and people at the age of 30 will have to pay Rs 100, while those who are 40 years old will have to pay 200 rupees a month.
If a laborer has registered himself in the PM-SYM scheme at the age of 18, then he will have to deposit only 660 rupees in a year. That worker will have to invest Rs 27,720 till the age of 60 years. Workers will have to invest money for 42 years. At the age of 60, he will get Rs 3,000 every month.
This scheme of the Government of India is being run through the Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC), hence LIC will also pay the pension.

For registration in the Pradhan Mantri Shramayogi Maandhan Pension Yojana, the laborers will have to open their account by going to the Common Service Center (CSC center) after taking the Aadhar card, bank account passbook.
