In addition to sharing a few more clips from her housewarming party on Friday, Molly-May Hague explained why Love Island BFF Maura Higgins and boyfriend Tommy Fury weren’t present at the surprise bash
Molly-May Hague has given fans more details about the surprising housewarming that happened last week.
The former Love Island star, 22, and boyfriend Tommy Fury, 22, recently picked up the keys to their dream home, after being approved for a mortgage on a £4 million mansion located in an affluent area of Cheshire.
After sharing a sneak-peek on her Instagram Stories over the weekend, Molly-Mae has shared even more from her sweet surprise housewarming party on Friday.
Speaking on his latest YouTube vlog, the PrettyLittleThing creative director also explained why boxer Tommy and Love Island BFF Maura Higgins weren’t present at the Shrek-themed bash.
Molly-May explained to the audience, “I ran out to run some errands and when I came back, Fran and the girls, Erin and Ellen, threw a little housewarming party for me.”
“It’s just the cutest thing I’ve ever seen and all my favorite people are coming down on the next hour,” Starr said of the entire footage recorded Friday.
“I mean, how lucky I am to have people who care so much, love to do it for me. Just made my whole day.”
The Instagram influencer acknowledged that many may be wondering “where the hell” Tommy is at the party, but explained that he is currently attending pre-match boxing training camp.
Molly-May also revealed that Pal Moura was also unable to participate due to currently being in Ireland, but will be returning to her new pad soon.
The star continued to show her fans “what the girls have done” and shared her reaction to the cute surprise celebration.
The decor included a giant candle and an installation filled with flowers as guests came in—and a pink book that said “Next Chapter. Once in a State Far, Far.”
“Because I’m obsessed with Shrek, he loved the Shrek genre book,” Molly-May explained as she showed her fans around the party.
Last month, the star explained why she had decided to share footage and photos of her home – despite being targeted by burglars at her old flat in Manchester last year.
Unveiling their home on Instagram – as well as launching a dedicated account for the property – the influencer wrote: “I can’t believe we’ve actually gotten to this point.
“The three-year hunt for our first home that some of you have followed has finally come to an end.
“I know many of you would not have expected me to have a Home account because I tend to be a lot more private about what I post about my personal life – however, a Home account. Being is something I’ve always dreamed of doing.”
Continuing to explain her decision, she said: “I have decided that I do not want the past to control my future, the way I live my life, and the things I share with you guys.
“I hope you all enjoy.”
