Muslim Nurses Occupy Church and Sing Islamic Songs: Christian Staff in Pakistan Accused of Blasphemy

Activist Rahat Austin, who raised the voice for Pakistan’s minorities, raised the issue. According to him, this case is related to Christian nurse, who was accused of blasphemy after blaming Ishaninda and at the same time, the church was captured and chanted there. The fundamentalists demanded that every non-Muslim worker be removed from the hospital, simply because one of them is accused of blasphemy.

By dialog, In April, two Christian nurses were accused of violating blasphemy laws, which were seen by one of their Muslim colleagues for tarnishing Islamic stickers.

While highlighting the case, the famous Pakistani journalist Nayla Inayat said that this is the third major case of blasphemy-violence against Christian nurses. He said that in the same year a case has been registered against a nurse in Karachi and a nurse in Faisalabad under the alleged blasphemy law.

Now this act of Pakistani Muslim nurses is being fiercely criticized in social media. Users say that Pakistan will never change in terms of fundamentalism. At the same time, some ask whether it was an attempt to snatch the church.
