NASA seeks to build electric aircraft

CALIFORNIA: NASA is set to build an electric aircraft-powered aircraft soon. These aircraft will be environmentally friendly.

Confirming this, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration said that NASA has joined hands with the aircraft manufacturing industry to carry out its plan. If everything goes according to plan, electric planes will be seen flying in the sky in the next few years. The effects of climate change are currently being felt around the world. That’s why NASA has already begun preparations for future aircraft to be eco-friendly. Meanwhile, Lee Noble, director of NASA’s Integrated Aviation System Program, said that in the future, the aircraft would be able to fly with the help of the EAP (Electrified Aircraft Propulsion) system.

NASA will soon begin designing the EAP aircraft. If all goes well, by 2035, these planes will be seen flying in the sky. These planes are going to help save fuel either way. It will also reduce air pollution. In addition, emissions of nitrogen oxides and carbon dioxide will be reduced.
