Neon has begun construction of a 93 MW solar power plant in Starland County, Alberta, Canada. The company awarded the engineering, procurement and construction contract for the project to Goldbeck Solar of Germany. The company will connect the facility to a 24.5 kV distribution network operated by local power company ATCO Electric.
