NFL star Travis Kelce has broken his silence on speculation that he is dating Taylor Swift.
The pop star has been linked to the Kansas City Chiefs tight end for several months – but on Sunday the couple went public.
The 33-year-old, who is currently traveling the world with his Eras tour, excited fans after he was spotted at the Chiefs’ home game against the Chicago Bears.
The Grammy winner was seen sitting next to the sportsman’s mother, Donna Kelce, while social media posts from the NFL and FOX showed him entering the game enthusiastically jumping and shouting with the crowd.
Meanwhile, on Twitter the US journalist posted a short clip of Swift and Travis together in the locker room. In the post, Swift can be seen smiling as she walks alongside the star before being spotted in her vintage car.
Discussing his time with Swift, Kelce couldn’t help but smile as he spoke with his older brother Jason, who plays for the Philadelphia Eagles, on their New Heights podcast.
His brother bluntly asked in a preview for their upcoming episode: “We avoided this topic out of respect for your personal life – now we have to talk about it.”
To which a smiling Travis replied: “My personal life is not very personal. I did it myself Jason, I know it.
Jason pushed again, asking: “So Trav, how does it feel to finally have Taylor Swift put you on the map?” which prompted Travis to laugh.
The athlete, also 33 years old, previously revealed that he gave his number to Swift when she attended his Eras Tour in July.
In recent weeks, she talked about how she gave her number on a friendship bracelet on her podcast.
And on 20 September, Jason apparently confirmed his budding romance with his sister on Audacy’s 94WIP Morning Show.
When asked about the rumors, he said the speculation that his younger brother and Swift are dating is “100 percent true.”
Recently, Swift was linked to British rocker Matty Healy after her breakup with long-term boyfriend, British actor Joe Alwyn last May.
Healy has moved on and is said to be dating model Gabbriette Bechtel.
