New Delhi: The court’s verdict can be pronounced today in the famous Nikita Tomar murder case in Faridabad, Haryana. The case is going on in the fast track court of Additional Sessions Judge Sartaj Basavana. The testimony in this case has been completed. A total of 57 witnesses have been testified in this case. The court will decide whether the accused Tausif, Rehan and Azruddin arrested in the murder of Nikita Tomar are guilty.
On March 26, the matter will be completed for five months. The charge sheet was filed by the police in the court 11 days after the murder, since then the case is being heard continuously. He is hopeful that justice will be found. Nikita’s father Mukulchand Tomar has expressed the hope of a decision in favor of the daughter.
In fact, Nikita Tomar was shot dead outside the college in Ballabhgarh, Haryana on 26 October 2020. It is alleged that a young man named Tausif shot him. A young man named Rehan was also present with him. While Azruddin provided Tausif with the weapon used in the assassination.
A person named Tausif, a resident of Rozka Meo, had studied with Nikita up to class 12. He used to pressure her for friendship. The accused also kidnapped the girl in the year 2018, but later the agreement was reached. Nikita’s family says that even after this he continued to harass Nikita. After which he filed an FIR in 2018. On his complaint, the accused boy was arrested by the police. After this, the boy’s family members joined hands and feet. We also thought and withdrew the case. After that there was no problem.
Also, Nikita’s family members say that Tausif had been pressurizing the girl for some days to get married. On Monday evening, the girl was giving out paper. Tausif came and began to forcefully pull into the car. He shot when the girl did not listen. Neither the girl, nor the family, nor anyone else, was in favor of marriage.
