Apple iPhone smartphones are famous for their stunning photography. While the phone’s primary camera has reached 108 megapixels on Android phones, Apple is still delivering a 12-megapixel camera on the most expensive iPhone (iPhone 12 Pro Max). 12 megapixels can take excellent pictures but due to the low megapixels it is not capable of recording 8K video. But soon this picture is going to change.
The iPhone 14 will have a 48 MP camera
According to a report from Apple Insider, the upcoming Apple iPhone (possibly the iPhone 14) could be given a 48-megapixel camera sensor in 2022. This sensor will be able to record high resolution video like 8K. That is, the company is going to increase its primary camera sensor 4 times. Currently, iPhones support 4K video recording.
Speaking of Android smartphones, the Samsung Galaxy S21 series, Xiaomi Mi11 Ultra and OnePlus 9 series smartphones still come with 8K video recording.

IPhone mini off
In another report, Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo made a big statement about the iPhone Mini. He said that the company is going to close the iPhone Mini series. 12 mini production will also be shut down from next year. In fact, from 2022, the company will focus on making only .1.1-inch and 7.7-inch screen-sized iPhones.
