Now there will be a battle for mileage, these two CNG cars of Tata and Maruti will be launched next month

Now the demand for CNG vehicles is increasing rapidly. In view of this interest of customers, automakers are also updating their car portfolio with CNG cars.

In November, Maruti Suzuki and Tata Motors are both preparing to launch CNG vehicles. According to media reports, Maruti Suzuki will present the next generation model of its famous hatchback car Celerio with CNG kit, Tata Motors will present their first CNG car Tata Tiago. Maruti Celerio CNG:

The company has been working on the next generation model of Maruti Suzuki Celerio for a long time. According to media reports, the company may bring this car to the market soon. The company launched this hatchback car for the first time in 2014. It has also been seen during testing on several occasions. The company is also using the Hartect platform to make this car and it will also be larger in size, the report said. It can be launched in the market with 1.0 liter K-series and 1.2 liter petrol engine.

The company has given this car slim front grilles with round triangular headlamps. The front has a black cladding that covers the fog lamp as well as the air dam. Speaking of side profiles, it also includes new door handles with blackened alloy wheels. The back is given a newly designed taillamp and bumper.

Tata Tiago CNG:

Tata Motors is preparing to launch their first CNG car in November. In recent days, media reports have claimed that a dealership in Delhi has confirmed that the company may launch Tiago CNG in the market by next month. In the current Tata Tiago, the company has used a naturally aspirated petrol engine with a capacity of 1.2 liters with 3 cylinders. Which generates 86 PS of power and 113 Nm of torque. This engine comes with a 5-speed manual and automatic (AMT) gearbox. It is believed that its CNG variant will be offered with manual transmission only.

Coming in a total of 10 variants, this car is priced from Rs 4.99 lakh to Rs 7.04 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). Recently, the company has launched the new Facelift Tiago NRG, priced at Rs 6.57 lakh. This car is also very good in terms of mileage, in general this car gives 23 to 24 kmpl mileage. However, no information has been received yet about the mileage of Tiago CNG. Now it remains to be seen how well Maruti and Tata will prove to be better than each other in mileage.
