On September 18, Morena will launch the call for CDMX and 8 governors to renew in 2024

Mario Delgado, national leader of Morena, announced that next Monday September 18 when the call for the candidacy of Head of Government from Mexico City and the 8 governorates to be changed to 2024 election.

In a press conference, the national leader of Morena stressed that this Registration will begin on September 25 and 26 for those interested to look for one of the 9 entities playing in 2024.

“Next Monday, September 18, we will issue a call for participants, those who want to be ambitious, for entities that will hold elections. On September 18, calls will be issued for 9 entities that are for the 2024 election. September 25 and 26 are the dates for all interested parties to register,” he said.

Regarding his political aspirations, Mario Delgado explained that this September 25 or 26 he will determine whether he will choose Morena’s candidacy for the presidency of the Government of Mexico City..

“We will make a decision based on what is best for the movement, not as a decision based on a wish or a personal interest. It is clear the responsibility we have and its complexity for these specific date that requires joint effort, important organization. On the 25th and 26th, I will inform you whether or not I will register the case in Mexico City,” said Mario Delgado.

In his message, Delgado Carrillo defended the internal elections to determine the presidential candidate, stressing that there is consistency in the numbers, not just the difference in first and second place, but the equality of numbers which revealed that it was a “successful” exercise, because it was possible to protect the will and the decision of the people.
