You can find almost every flavor of soda in the world at Blue Sun Soda Shop.
Cookie-dough soda? Yes. Pumpkin-pie soda? O also. There’s even bacon-flavored soda, blue-cheese-dressing soda, ranch-dressing soda, and cucumber soda.
“If you can dream up a soda flavor, chances are we have it,” said owner Mark Lazarchik.
The craft soda shop opens its fourth location in downtown Stillwater this weekend. It will sell more than 500 flavors of soda, “tons of candy” and toys, he said.
Lazarchik said he did not plan to open a store in Stillwater, but that he and his wife, Guinevere, “accidentally fell into space” during a weekend getaway last fall.
“It was the perfect place, the perfect location, everything was perfect,” he said. “We are excited to bring the largest store in store history to Stillwater. That’s our non-Minnesota boast.”

Blue Sun Soda Shop also has locations in Spring Lake Park, Richfield and Bloomington. The company has plans to expand into the western suburbs, Rochester and St. Cloud, Lazarchik said.
Blue Sun Soda Shop Stillwater Grand Opening
