We still have to wait a bit to see the second season of Loki on Disney Plus! This was explained by actor Owen Wilson.
The first time is very interesting, when I manage to defeat the variant protagonist Kang named Qui Manet (He Who Remains). Therefore, the timelines are no longer connected and it is now a complex war. So it will be fascinating to find out what happens in the second season of Loki, where the likes of Tom Hiddleston, Owen Wilson, Sophia Di Martino and Jonathan Major will criticize.
Now, in a recent interview with ET, Hollywood star Owen Wilson revealed the release date of Loki season 2, when he was asked about the post-credits scene of Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantum of Solace (2023) where Mobius appears. Looking at Loki’s variant, Kang said;
“I guess they have a little shot of Tom Hiddleston, he and Jonathan Major from season two of Loki. And I think it will be at the end of summer or September. Owen Wilson was revealed.
So we now know that it will not be seen in June as rumored, and we will have to wait a few months for it to arrive on Disney Plus. Probably August 30 or September 6.
He also talked about his co-star Ke Huy Quan.
The second season of Loki will have new characters and one of them will be played by Ke Huy Quan (The Goonies, Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom) who just won the Oscar for Best Actor for the movie Everything Together Everywhere (2012).
“It’s so exciting. That was incredible. Every time I saw him do something for profit, there was another speech that was kind of tearful that was very moving. And even when we’re working on this last summer, I think the character that Loki is playing in the second season. I think people are excited, even so cool, obviously, the character that won the Oscar, because people are going to love his character in this love story.” Owen Wilson said.
