The mayor of Guadalajara pointed out that in the Movimiento Ciudadano “we have to do a team project”
The mayor of Guadalajara, Pablo Lemus insisted that there must be unity for the election of the candidate of the Citizen Movement for the governorship of Jalisco.
“We need to make a team project, a joint project that allows us to put the conditions of the competition in a bag, to the success of each and every one of the applicants, each of us has a different profile, different skills. For my part, it has always been an executive profile that distinguishes me, there are other figures who have it for their partisan work, for their legislative work.
The mayor of Guadalajara denied that, if he is not chosen as a gubernatorial candidate, he will not seek a seat in the Congress of Jalisco, the Chamber of Deputies or the Senate, as he made it clear that Its profile is managerial and non-legislative.
Regarding the aspirations of the Jalisco senator, Clement Castaneda to compete for the candidacy, Lemus said it is legitimate and that it increases the competition within the party.
“This is a legitimate wish of Clemente. He is a great politician who dedicated his life to the establishment of political agreements and the development of the country. Characters like Clemente Castañeda add a lot to have a higher competition on Citizen activity that does not mean that there is a breakup, that there is a fight between us.”
Pablo Lemus commented that unity must be achieved to establish a local and national agreement with the national leadership led by Dante Delgado.
Due to the presentation of his second report to the government as mayor of Guadalajara Lemus announced that there will be surprises and important announcements.
