5G test was done in PAK in 2019 and 2020

The speed of 5G is 10 times more than the 100 megabytes per second (Mbps) speed found on 4G Internet in the world. Earlier, mobile phone service providers successfully tested the 5G service on a non-economic basis in a limited environment in 2019 and 2020.

5G service likely to take 5-7 years more than scheduled

IT and Telecom Minister Aminul Haque said that the government plans to introduce 5G technology by December 2022, but experts still suspect that it will take longer (5-7 years) to develop the next generation of technology in the country . Haq had a test video call through 5G in China and said it was an amazing experience. The sound was sharp and clear, and the video quality was also amazing.
