In an interview with other actors speaking to The Hollywood Reporter, Pedro Pascal was asked about the amount of time he spent playing the main role in The Mandalorian, specifically within the suit.
When Pascal was asked if much of his work could be done through voice recording, Pascal confirmed that most of it could.
Kieran Culkin, who was also in the interview, later said that he was taken not only by Pascal’s voice, but also by his physical actions. This actor who plays Din Djarin jokingly told him that the actors who are inside the suit are better shot than him.
Following this, Pascal reveals that he was initially tempted as much as possible in the trial, but later found that his body was not ready for him.
