Japanese tennis star Naomi Osaka debuted bright red box braids as she lit a cauldron at the opening ceremony. Similar styles in a variety of colors have been popular around the Games – neon pink for St. Kitts and Nevis runner Amya Clarke; Blue, red and white for French judo fighter Roman Dico.
