The head of the Department of Social Benefits indicated that it is important for those who are starting to take into account the following recommendations:
- Stretch and warm up before starting any activity.
- Start practicing for 10 minutes a day and gradually increase the repetitions till you reach 30 minutes.
- Use clothes and shoes according to the type of exercise you want to practice.
- If you feel dizzy, in pain or short of breath, stop the activity and seek help if necessary.
