Pick 6: Odds are the Broncos’ Von Miller will win the postseason prize, the Avalanche will win the Stanley Cup

Von Miller’s back.

The Broncos’ star linebacker hardly looks like someone who is returning from a season-ending tendon injury. He’s playing like old Kay Vaughan, winning the AFC Defensive Player of the Month award after losing a total of four sacks and six tackles during the first three weeks of the season. But according to several sportsbooks, his performance didn’t put him among the favorites to win some awards at the end of the season. at least not yet.

According to Fanduel Sportsbook, 32-year-old Miller has +2,000 odds — meaning a $100 wager will win $2,000 — to win the Return Player of the Year award. He is in distant seventh place, well behind favorite Dak Prescott, who has an odds of -110. Dallas quarterback is followed by Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow (+500) and Panthers quarterback Sam Darnold (+800).

Miller has +3,000 odds for taking home the NFL Defensive Player of the Year award, ranking eighth on the list. The Browns’ defensive end Miles Garrett (+350) is the favorite.
