Players laughed at FIFA 23 trailer: “There’s really no standing in T-Pose”

A new FIFA 23 gameplay trailer was released on July 27, 2022. There were a number of new features introduced – but a curious error is currently catching the attention of players.

This is the error: As user “rax-” noticed and shared on the FIFA subreddit, in the FIFA 23 gameplay Deep Dive, a player somehow falls far short of the grid.

While Bellingham is at the front of the picture showing how “technical dribbling” should change the game, one player simply stands in T-pose in the background. He keeps his arms by his side and looks straight ahead.

You can see the exact location in the trailer at 3:06 am:

Also, user “hpfcp” (via Reddit) got another curiosity. For example, an animation of Keeper Alison at 3:15 in the trailer is criticized for being quite obnoxious when it comes to slow motion:

In addition to these strange animations, there are also more serious criticisms of the trailer and some gameplay elements.

For example, the team’s defensive behavior was criticized at the beginning of the trailer (via Reddit). They are still far behind and it seems that the penalty area is full of players while the front area is ignored.

There are also concerns in a discussion post on “Gameplay Pitch Notes” (via Reddit). Although some elements are praised, such as

On the other hand, it is noted that again there are big words, such as “technical dribbling”, “composed ball striking” and so on. But some players doubt whether there are really major changes that are clearly noticeable in the game.

On the other hand, other players are positive about the gameplay (via Reddit):

“What they do is really cool. There are a lot of bugs from EA and they patch a lot making it less and less like the launch version, but you have to consider the sheer amount of people playing this game.” It is difficult to serve them all.” “KingTokko”.
