From May 20 to 26, the National Congress of Direct Experiences in People’s Power Management will be a meeting aimed at community councils and spokespersons of state institutions to jointly strengthen community management.
During an interview given to Radio Nacional de Venezuela (RNV), Cesar Carrero, Deputy Minister of Organization and Community and Social Participation, explained that the deployment will be carried out throughout the national territory with the aim of integrating successful experiences in the financial sector. and through the Project Execution, Integration and Communication System (SINCO).
“We want to listen to people and organize and manage the knowledge they have and tell us how they solved those problems and how they managed to do it more efficiently,” he said. ”
He said that it aims to remain an example in building a different civilizational model, betting on the new and the alternative.
The Congress will first start at the popular University of the Environment “Fruto Vivas” in Caracas, then cover the rest of the national territory in the coming days.
Carrero highlights the efficiency of community organizations compared to mayors in terms of the dedication of resources and the importance of recognizing knowledge and colonialism in the process of organizing the commune.
“Commander Chávez proposed everything that socialism has been from regional, building new structures in parallel and that the dispute is still there and our revolution is resolving it and opening the way for new ones,” he said.
