Colonel Urrego also pointed out that no police officers were injured in the incident and only property damage was caused.
For his part, the governor of Meta, Juan Guillermo Zuluaga, referred to the attack by the dissidents in his X report.
“As a police patrol was driving from Mesetas to Granada, an explosive device was thrown. The uniformed officers are out of danger and without injuries, we only have damage to the vehicle.
