As a precautionary measure, the judge imposed informal preventive detention for two years in which the entire judicial process is developed and the sentence is pronounced.
The events took place at one o’clock in the afternoon Tuesday 31 January the Public Ministry agency in Poncitlán, Jalisco, where Christopher Gerardo threatened employees to shoot against two later victims, who were preparing to file a complaint against him at those facilities caused his death, then ran away.
The next day agents from the Nayarit Attorney General’s office took Christopher into custody. Tepic in Castilla Subdivision and he was brought back to the unit in coordination with the Jalisco authorities.
On 3 February, he was presented before the control judge, who required that the Agency of the Public Ministry accused him of the previously indicated crimes.
Christopher reportedly had health problems during the first hearing, was temporarily suspended and accepted a constitutional position 144 hours established by law.
On that day, the court imposed an informal pre-trial detention on him and, as previously reported, held today a continuation of the hearing in which he was linked to the process in the above conditions, in which the Prosecutor’s Office filed separate charges against him.
